Technology Integration and Engineering - Promote productivity and performance improvement and produce year over year, double digit productivity improvement by implementing strategy, architecture, and system integration on all ADPs technical platforms. Provide PMO leadership for programs that encompass multiple Engineering disciplines, provide other IT organizations Tier technical support for all related systems. Develop and implement standards, provide automation for related ADP systems. 2. Email Systems & Directory Services Engineering - Responsible for the technology planning, design, implementation, administration, maintenance and proper function of all ADP Email systems and Directories Services. 3. Server and PC Desktop Engineering - Responsible for the planning, design, automation, capacity planning, implementation, and proper function of all ADPs PC systems computing platforms. Also provides engineering services for workstation systems. 4. Product/application integration and engineering - Work with all business partners to gather requirements, engineer builds and work with QA, support and deployment teams to meet the business needs. Provide automation of system build and software updates to support business requirements. 5. Work in conjunction with the Development organization and Businesses to seek continuous double digit productivity improvement as well as five 9s reliability in processing centers. Quickly mobilize resources to resolve pressing technology support issues. The position also plays a key role in the strategic planning and decision-making for all technology infrastructure components. QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related degree and 10 years of experience is required.
