As the Payroll Consultant - MS/COS for ADPs GlobalViewSM Americas Client Service Organization, you will have the responsibility to ensure a seamless transition for new Managed Service and COS clients into the GlobalView service organization. You will represent the Client Service organization during the implementation to effectively present, define and deliver high quality operational procedures and documentation to both the GlobalView client and the Client Service organization. This role also provides consulting services on implementing best practices in payroll processes and change management as related to using the GlobalView Managed Services and COS solutions. Manage the operational implementation of GlobalView Managed Services projects from project kickoff to transition to Client Services. Provide regular status updates to both Client Services and Implementation on the status of current projects. As a participant of the Project Team, presents overview of Global View Managed Services solution and works with the client to assist in identifying process gaps by leading Business Process Review sessions. Prepare client and internal documentation to support on-going operational requirements including Visio flow charts. Manage the client testing process by co-ordinating MS resources and managing the issues log to resolution. Ensure accuracy of delivery of programming and ensure legislative compliance. Develop the client transition schedule and co-ordinate delivery of client and internal transition training. Keeps informed on legislative and legal issues and best practices and communicates these issues to client services and implementation teams.
QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): University degree or college diploma in HR, Finance , Business management or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years payroll experience in a consultant or professional role. Payroll designation or experience with multi-country payroll considered an asset. (CPA or CPP certified) Proven experience with Payroll /HR and Time and Labour applications. Experience with SAP HCM considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, probe, analyse and problem solve complex issues and technical problems. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence. Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability in developing and delivering presentations to small and large groups and at senior organizational levels. Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Project, Visio, Excel and Power Point. Bi-lingual/Multilingual considered an asset. (English/French/Spanish) Some travel required.
