Description * Print final and AM reports (bank reconciliations) and distribute * Distribute mail and FedEx, maintain NJ FedEx log * Distribute and collect Cayman Fax logs and Cayman courier logs * Scan bank statements and save in folders * Scan all reports: final logs, logs v. TAP, month end bank balances, ERISA reports and distribute * Log in audit confirms * Investor Services mailbox and Follow up folder * Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Abilities: * Banking knowledge * Organizational skills * Communication skills * Data entry skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Microsoft Excel and Word * Excellent attention to details
