Description: Requisition #: CRPS17108 Division: Corporate Staff Job Title: Director - Learning Systems & Vendor Management Country: United States State: New Jersey City: Roseland Location : Roseland-1 ADP Blvd Employment Status: Full Time - Permanent Job Responsibilities: (Description) Direct a team that will be responsible to build, implement and oversee technical systems/solutions that are supported by Global Learning and Performance and provide service to associates across ADP (learning management system, succession planning, elearning as examples). Build strong relationships with CIS to ensure smooth implementation of all systems/solutions. Be the liaison between appropriate vendors and CIS. Develop the overall metrics, dashboards, usability reports based on our clients requirements. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure effective operation of all learning and development systems/solutions; make sure that all systems/solutions have gone through usability testing. 2. Build a "user community" across ADP to make sure that all associates are kept current with the latest technological advancements supported by GLP. 3. Manage vendors who provide systems/solutions. 4. Conduct periodic milestone reviews with the global HR and learning communities to ensure that the learning systems/solutions are meeting client expectations. 5. Oversee the project management of any new or upgraded system/solution. 6. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future technology trends in learning, and human capital systems to ensure that ADP remains competitive in these areas. 7. Establishes reporting processes based on business and management requirements. 8. Build alliances with other ADP learning professionals to collaborate and align learning systems to achieve economies of scale. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: 1A)Supervisor: VP, ADP University B) Supervision Received:General Direction 2) Supervisory Authority: Direct 2 team members who will assist with the various tasks as well as overseeing vendor staff of 2 professionals. SPECIAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Directly responsible for the design, functionality, usability, security and administration of complex multi-million dollar systems, tools, and portals used ADP-wide on a daily basis and the security of private associate information. Errors could result in security lapses, identity theft, lost data, incorrect reporting, wasted time and money, duplicate purchases, significant disruption of associate and vendor schedules and be detrimental to GLPs credibility. QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): 1. Education: BA or BS (or equivalent in education and experience) 2. Experience: 5 - 7 years experience in training with an emphasis on technology. Experience with an LMS. HR processes/systems would be a plus. 3. Generic Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to evaluate among a wide variety of solutions. Proven ability to win support for ideas and initiatives. Ability to manage complex projects. Strong detail orientation. Proven experience managing outside vendors.
