Document new processes and procedures for distribution to the IT organization QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: . Four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. . Unix operating system navigation and Shell scripting is a plus. . Development experience in a major programming language (preferable Java) is a plus. Additional Skills: . Strong analytical and problem solving skills. . Able to identify and correct causes of problems based on results of tests and symptoms. . Ability to work on multiple tasks and in a team environment. . Able to perform in a structured and task driven environment. . Aptitude for quickly acquiring and demonstration of new skills . Excellent communication skills, both orally and written. .
