The successful candidate will join a high performance Proteomics group working to identify biomarkers of disease, target engagement or novel targets for multiple programs from a wide range of therapeutic areas. Responsibilities of the candidate will be to collaborate with multiple internal groups to guide and provide vision for software development (internal and external), work to make sure hardware systems are functioning and properly sized for the computing needs of the department and contribute directly to research project teams by performing data analysis or training as needed. The successful candidate will also lead a group of scientists in the Proteomics Parallel Processing Lab (Px3) tasked to rapidly develop automated methods compatible with our in-house liquid chromatography/ mass spectrometry (LC/MS)-based platform.

Qualifications Required -Candidates should have experience in assay development and should be technically proficient in protein analysis. Candidates should also have experience in software for protein expression and identification. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Desired -Experience with automated liquid handling systems, HPLC, and mass spectrometry is also desired.

Education Requirements -Requirements include a Ph.D in biochemistry or a related discipline
