The Reliability Engineering role is responsible for guiding efforts to ensure asset reliability and maintainability. These responsibilities include defining, developing, administering and refining preventative and predictive maintenance programs, evaluating completed maintenance work for improvement opportunities, conducting root cause investigations for unexpected failures and drive overall maintenance effectiveness. Tasks include: * Equipment life-cycle performance evaluation/trending and improvement. * Root cause failure analysis and resolution of repeat and catastrophic equipment failures. * Enhancement of preventive/predictive maintenance programs. * Lead projects relating to equipment reliability. * Generate and work within key reliability indicators. * Influence Maximo/SAP data integrity. * Work with area partners to influence reliability impacting operations.

Qualifications

Required: * B.S./B.A. or 5-10 years experience in plant (Mechanical/Electrical) Maintenance/Utilities (or equivalent). * Reliability engineering experience shall include development/refinement of the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program and the development of engineering solutions to repetitive equipment failures and other reliability problem. Including but not limited to root cause and FMEA analysis. * Proven leadership and communication abilities as well as demonstrated success with reliability engineering, follow-up/control, team work,organizational, influence skills and labor relations. * Knowledge of maintenance practices, processes and priorities.
