Description Associate Program Manager, Store Credit Manager Work with The Home Depot districts to build and manage local THD relationships, drive credit awareness, implement credit initiatives, manage cardholder relationships, collect and communicate market intelligence and increase credit sales across the territory. * Partner with local THD management to develop and execute strategies that will facilitate the achievement of THD credit goals, i.e. credit sales, new accounts, penetration, etc. * Develop and maintain relationships with THD associates and customers. * Provide both internal and external customers with exceptional service. * Respond to escalated credit issues and concerns in a timely manner. * Support local execution of credit initiative, e.g. credit merchandising, store signage, trainng, etc. * Increase credit awareness throughout all levels of The Home Depot within assigned territory. * Identify and implement credit best practices within the marketplace and communicate upward. * Maintain a communication metwork with the corporate office/operations centers * Create a positive credit culture for long term sustained program growth. * Identify and support business development opportunities that include, but no limited to, customer visits and developing lead generating lists, etc. * Collect competitor and market intelligence. This position is virtual and will cover territory in NJ and NY Metro.

Specifications / Qualifications BAchelors degree in business or 5+ years related experience. 3-5 years of credit experience in leadership role, underwriting experience required. prior commercial retail experience is preferred. Must have high energy and be self motivated. Must be able to multi-task and respond to a variety of situations. Excellent communication and personal interaction skills at various management levels. Excellent large group presentation skills. Demonstrated creative problem solving abilities. Strong analytical skills
