Description: Our client is a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Newark, is the states largest health insurer. There goal is the same as it has been since 1932 - to provide individuals and employers in New Jersey with convenient access to quality health care, wherever they live or work.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a temporary to permanent opportunity. This candidate assumes overall responsibility for large system development projects, from inception to implementation, testing, and final end-user approval. They will Coordinate resources, develops project schedules, sets time frames and priorities, and assigns tasks. They must be capable of performing both systems analysis and programming. All candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience.

Candidates must have: - 10+ years of experience in Project Management - Experience in RFP Process - Selection of services vendor - Implementations - HealthCare Insurance
