Description: Our client provides health insurance coverage to nearly three million people throughout the state of New Jersey.

4818 Sr. PeopleSoft Developer Position Location: Newark, NJ Position Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities: Maintenance, design, development, and technical support of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). Will work with all aspects of the PeopleSoft Development environment including use of various reporting tools. Development of programmatic solution where functionality is not provided or does not meet designated requirements. Developing and maintaining multiple complex interfaces to and from the ERP system. High-level support and troubleshooting of all issues related to functional processes of the system

Position Requirements: 5 - 8 years work experience Recent experience working in the health insurance industry is mandatory Advanced experience in PeopleSoft development including experience with versions 8.8, 8.9 and 9.0 and experience with one or more of the following: Payroll, HR, Financials, Production Support Strong Analytical Skills, technical expertise, and broad experience with complex software issues. Ability to recommend process changes and manage advanced technical projects as given. Bachelors degree preferred
