REPORTING TO:MM/FX Group Supervisor



RESPONSIBILITIES



Ensure the efficient and accurate input into the Midas & Summit systems.


Ensure the efficient and accurate input of customer data in GP info.



SPECIFIC TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES



Maintain a timely , efficient and organized flow of work.


Verify and review the traders input into Summit.


Monitor daily rate resets in Summit.


Verify shadow transactions in Summit.


Input customer static data in GP Info,Midas & Summit.


Update FX rates from Summit to Midas.



MISCELLANEOUS TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES



Assit with special projects for the Trading Settlement Team and the Bank as required.


Assist with BCP testing.



REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS (e.g. education, university, vocational training, job experience, languages, personal characteristics/strong points etc.)



3 + years fo Bank Operations related to Money Market transactions


Knowledge of Midas,Summit & Bloomberg systems.


Excel & Word Perfect knowledge preferred.


Good oral communication skills.


Foreign branch banking experience is useful.
