Description: As a Personal Financial Advisor Assistant (PFA Assistant), you will be actively involved in supporting the Personal Financial Advisor(s) in the sales and service of investment, fiduciary, banking and insurance products through a full service brokerage platform to JPMorgan Chase and non-JPMorgan Chase customers. The position reports to the Personal Financial Advisor(s), or in some cases the Investment Manager. You will be accountable for assisting in the achievement of designated sales revenue goals as determined by Chase Investment Services Group%%27s Sales Management. This is accomplished through customer contact, relationship building, ongoing development of sales, financial planning, referral source management, technical and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will support the Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) in the cross selling and administration of banking products and services. You will be responsible for thorough research and resolution of client inquiries. The specific experience needed for this role are: * Knowledge of investments, insurance, trusts, bank products, financial planning and use of financial planning tools preferred * Compliance experience * Customer contact experience, with an intermediate proficiency in managing various situations/issues with customers * Sales presentation skills * Excellent interpersonal/communication and organizational skills * PC skills- Proficiency in Word and Excel required, Powerpoint and Access a plus. * At least one year of financial product sales /service experience required * At least two years of sales and client management experience * Demonstrated client retention skills * Ability to work in an environment with heavy phone-based customer interaction required * College Degree Preferred * Licenses/Certifications: NASD Series 7, 63 required(Candidates without NASD Series 7 & 63 Licenses may be considered with the approval of the Regional Sales Director. Accepted candidates must obtain these licenses within 120 days of their date of hire) Appropriate State(s) Life & Health Insurance License(s)
