Description: %%0A This person contributes to the success of The Pepsi Bottling Group by supervising the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility. %%0A %%0A Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities%%0A%%0A * Schedule the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner%%0A * Utilize docks, warehouse layout and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time%%0A * Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs%%0A * Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs%%0A * Supervise warehouse loaders within the warehouse%%0A * Ensure the team is adequately staffed, managed and trained%%0A * Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling%%0A * Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards%%0A Basic Qualifications%%0A%%0A * A minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience %%0A * Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends%%0A%%0A Preferred Qualifications%%0A%%0A * Previous supervisory experience%%0A * Bachelors degree%%0A * Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus%%0A%%0A
