Description: 1. Perform physical analysis tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products (i.e. moisture, particle size, bulk/tapped density, pH identification) 2. Filing of retention samples, Certificates of Analysis, Batch Records 3. Keep accurate records of all laboratory testing, maintaining files and logbooks. 4. Assist in maintaining general lab cleanliness. 5. Assist with sample orders (sample prep, documentation) 6. Assist with inputting of test results, specifications, and certificate of analysis data in computer 7. General lab equipment calibration / Daily lab balance check 8. Review Productions HACCP Checklist for manufactured products. 9. Interact with various departments (Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving) 10. At the direction of the QC Manager, labels materials in warehouse according to appropriate disposition. 11. Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required.
