The use of Rich Internet Technologies, like Flash and advanced CSS, in building next generation tools and applications is a primary focus of this unit. This position will be a part of our web production team that supports our growing Digital Marketing Division’s online campaigns. Potential candidates will report to our UI/RIA Services Manager and work closely with Information Architects, Application Developers, the Creative team & other RIA Developers/Designers. We are looking an individual with the following talents: Self-motivated, detail oriented, initiative taker Strong creative sensibility that translates into compelling designs in this medium Ability to take ownership and turn around creative concepts with a fair amount of independence In addition, he/she should have the following skills . a thorough knowledge of HTML with very good understanding of CSS and JavaScript . Intermediate to advanced skills in Flash Action Scripting. . UI Design and graphics design background is desirable. . comfortable with the Adobe suite of products - must know how to optimize images for the web . knowledge and understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues. Must be a self starter, working well work both within a team as well as independently. Plusses: . Prior experience in the Internet Marketing Industry, i.e., building and deploying HTML e-mails. .
