Job ID: 8023_8-14 Description: Job Responsibilities Include: . Managing Customer Technology Development Group . Building and managing CTD project office teams for pre-sales, post-sales delivery and execution and offshore delivery coordination functions . Supporting business development team for pre-sales support to work with customers, understanding/analyzing business requirements, and coordinating design for solutions, effort estimation, and proposal responses . Managing project execution through delivery groups to deliver solutions ontime within budget . Managing coordination, scheduling, and assignments of project tasks . Teambuilding, maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT . Adhering to company standards developed within the framework of the CMM, applying project development methodologies, and reporting techniques to indicate project status

Qualifications: . Person with 10 + years of experience in the financial industry with considerable amount of Project Management experience . Bachelors/Masters in Business or Finance with good Communication; MBA is preferred . Relationship skills, a go-getter with a focus and commitment on getting things done . Should have demonstrated these skills in his/her previous position(s) . Experience working with offshore teams and managing delivery through off-offshore teams will be a big plus Requirements:
