Description Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Corporate: Up to SVP Business: GTS Division: Client Delivery Department: Citi Investment Administration Services - Client Service Delivery Team Location: 111 Wall St. NY NY Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) are responsible for the day to day servicing of Citi’s Separately Managed Accounts client base. They interact with Investment Manager Clientele regarding all aspects of contractual commitments by Citi Investment Administration Services (IAS) for Middle Office Administration and Operations services. In addition to establishing and maintaining a high level of operational service, SDMs are responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the unique servicing needs of their assigned clients and advocating those concerns within the context of the larger Citi IAS organization. Responsibilities: Manage a team of four Service Delivery Managers who are responsible for: Working with investment management clients and the IAS Implementation team to coordinate and facilitate client on-boarding process; Chair weekly calls with clients and internal contacts to monitor issues, progress on projects, and plans for future in respect to their day to day operations; Draft, validate, and publish initial Operations Procedures (“Play Book”) for new clients; ensure Operations maintains these procedures with evolving client requirements; Liaise between IAS Operations and all internal and external clients; Research, report, and assist in the resolution of client issues, requests, and needs; Work directly with Technology & UAT team to define and expedite system enhancements; Monitor client issues through internal tracking network; Ensure service commitments to each client are met; report progress against SLAs regularly; Become expert on all aspects of the Citi IAS SMA Platform. Be prepared to train new clients on platform systems, troubleshoot problems, answer questions from, and provide assistance to existing clients; Maintain and develop close business relationships with internal and external clients; Develop, innovate and enhance existing services for Citi IAS SMA clients; Skill Requirements: * Advanced understanding of SMA industry is required; * Strong managerial skills * The individual must be a self starter with a strong values and propensity for outstanding client service and be able to motive others to provide outstanding client service; * Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must in order to interact with internal and external clients at multiple organizational levels on a regular basis; * Strong understanding of project management from a project management life cycle and systems development life cycle perspective; * Excellent problem solving skills in addition to organization, issues tracking and follow-up skills; * Must be able to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team; * Detail-oriented with strong judgment and decision-making skills; * Adept at multi-tasking and excelling in a fast-paced environment; * Fast learner, with ability to master use of Citigroup SMA Systems.

Specifications / Qualifications Qualifications: * Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7 yeas of practical experience in the SMA Industry; * Must have a solid understanding of the roles of the industry participants and have significant experience in investment manager and sponsor interaction; * Candidate must be knowledgeable of different asset classes - Equity, Fixed Income et al and understand the different product structures in play in the SMA Industry; * Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); * Knowledge of industry applications such as APL, Vestmark, and/or sponsor trading tools is a plus; * Minimum Bachelors degree in business or equivalent discipline; MBA is a plus.
