Detailed Description Responsibilities - Facilitate training for the Retail organization with a focus on Sales. - Supervise new hires in class and on the phones, including coaching, monitoring knowledge level, and application of subject matter, etc. Provide feedback to trainees and their managers throughout the program. - Work with management to identify performance gaps and help identify and develop solutions (including training and other solutions) to improve individual and team performance. - Develop training and job aids as needed for businesses supported. - Assist in preparation of logistics to include training room, passwords, materials and supplies, etc. Coordinate with Telecom, Human Resources, MAC and Customer Service to identify and support New Hire Training administrative needs. Job Requirements Key Attributes for Success - Training delivery and group facilitation skills, incorporating adult learning theory - Ability to adapt and present new curriculum to achieve desired learning objectives R - Frontline sales experience - Financial services product knowledge - Verbal and written communication - Coaching for performance improvement - Travel required Experience - Bachelors degree preferred; 2-3 years of relevant customer service or sales experience or equivalent; 0-2 years of stand up training experience in a financial services environment or relevant training experience Licensing Requirements - Series 7 and 63.
