Job ID: 168 Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative Leadership Programs enterprise-wide, to include:

(a) Executive Mentoring and Advanced Leadership Programs ? assist in the day-to-day facilitation of these curriculum-driven development programs for high performing Directors, VPs and AVPs. Track participation, meet with SMEs who can serve as presenters within the programs and advise and counsel participants on a regular basis to ensure program success.

(b) Women in LeadershipSummit? assist in the preparations for a firm-wideSummit, including the coordination and selection of outside presenters and internal speakers. Assist in implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
