Position Description: â• aPrimary responsibility is to prepare quarterly shareholder reports (financial statements) for various SEC filings â• aDaily, weekly, monthly review of State Street Bank, the funds accounting agent and custodian â• aPreparation of various monthly and quarterly internal reports â• aPreparation of quarterly Board of Trustees materials â• aPreparation of monthly expense accrual analysis worksheets General Information Regarding Fund Administration â• a150 plus mutual funds in 14 Series/Trusts â• aIncludes all types of funds (international, income, equity, money market, fund of funds, closed-end funds etc.) â• aMulti-class â• a50 plus subadvisory relationships â• aOverall responsibilities of department: â• aProvide fund administration for all 150 plus mutual funds â• aState Street Bank calculates daily NAVs â• aFund Administration is responsible for following SEC filings â• aAnnual and semiannual shareholder reports, NCSRs and NSARs â• aQuarterly N-Qs â• aAnnual 24f-2 filings â• aDaily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting â• aQuarterly Board Reporting â• aCoordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly fund distributions â• aCoordinate annual audits with outside auditors and financial printers â• aPrepare quarterly IRS/SEC diversification tests â• aReview security valuations â• aProvide oversight of SSB, review various daily, weekly, and monthly reports â• aResponsible for the accrual and payment of all fund expenses â• aExtensive interaction with various departments/entities (audit firms, custodian/accounting agent, transfer agent, compliance department, legal department etc.) Qualifications: â• a4 year accounting/finance degree â• aAbility to multitask â• aStrong analytical skills â• aGood written and oral communication skills
