Our client, is a financial firm that has an immediate need for an experienced Front End Web Developer to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The Front End developer will be responsible for the maintenance and modification of existing web site as well as the development of new websites. The developer with have experience building front end web applications under multiple browser using HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JSP and Java Servlets. In addition the developer will act as a focal point for back end and front end product capabilities for internal business groups and client objectives. Experience: The ideal candidate will posses the follow skills : -3+ years of experience building Front End Web Applications. -Experience is using : HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JSP and Java Servlets. Also knowledge of Flash Actionscript – A major plus -SQL exposure is a huge plus. -Exposure to application servers (Apache Tomcat). -Experienced at writing technical and end user documentation for web applications. -Strong written and verbal communication skill are very important. -Ability to guide and develop skills of other member of the team. -Must be able to work in a fast paced, professional environment and meet all dead lines on time MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATLEY.
