Description: The JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) Sourcing and Procurement Services (SPS) Department has responsibility for creating a center of excellence around sourcing and vendor management, working with Lines of Business (LOB) Managers to achieve the compelling economic and quality benefits that result from leveraging the buying power of the company. The goal is to achieve SPS%%27s primary objectives - to deliver savings in external spend with suppliers, to better manager vendor relationships, and to build a center of excellence in sourcing specific to Real Estate Facilities Management. The Facilities Sourcing and Procurement Manager leads major sourcing projects. These projects include high risk, large cost, and complex efforts involving interfacing with multiple LOBs. The incumbent in the role will develop and implement global procurement strategies to achieve both one-time and annual reductions in spend while maintaining/improving customer service. They will also develop Service Level Agreements that will be used to monitor supplier performance against JPMC requirements. In addition, The Facilities Sourcing and Procurement Manager will create business plans to address commodity product and service spends under enterprise outsourcing arrangements. The role will syndicate plans to gain buy-in from the line of business’s and monitor policy and implementation of ideas while adhering to project methodologies, analytical frameworks, and project plans. Other responsibilities include: . Direct and provide guidance to internal clients while consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism in behavior with client organizations, Sourcing and Procurement Services, staff and other areas both inside and outside JP Morgan Chase. . Demonstrate motivation and initiative in assisting SPS management with recruiting, training, business development and other on-going efforts.
