Description Job Classification:Direct Hire Description: Basic Function Of The Job: Coordinators are the "lead" within the plant and production areas and are responsible for the processing and destruction of all material delivered to the production facility.a At times, they will be responsible for sorting and shredding material by grade.a They are also responsible for maintaining the facility, baling corrugated and assisting the production supervisor with other necessary duties. Destruction Technician Coordinators are responsible for obeying all safety regulations and security rules. Work Performed: a Shift Lead Coordinate flow of RC material Ensure Bins and Gaylords are processed on a daily basis. Perform emergency repairs to equipment as necessary. Clean facility and containers as necessary. a Maintain strict security of material, trucks and facility. Follow all Safety and Security Guidlines in the facility Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Requirements: Education:High School diploma or equivalent experience. a Skills: Ability to lift heavy bags, pull shred bins & rolling carts. aAbility to follow directions and carry out tasks as assigned by management in line with established plant work flows.
