Description: Title CUSTOMER BUSINESS MANAGER Description Kellogg Company is seeking a Customer Business Manager who will achieve an assigned sales budget through effective planning, execution and personal selling efforts for a large volume account. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: a) negotiating with customers to achieve desired sales results and to achieve strong customer relationships; b) presenting new products to customers utilizing a full range of data sources to prepare and conduct effective presentations; c) troubleshooting distribution and void issues; d) working collaboratively with retail partners to meet objectives; e) ensuring POG compliance, shelf management and execution of retail plan; f) understanding market and customer pricing strategy; g) ensuring promotion price point integrity and parity at HQ-Retail level; and h) executing HQ plans, developing promotional plans, achieving volume, and ROI targets within spend budget. Position Requirements BS/BA Degree required. Minimum of 2 years CPG Sales or Category Management experience is required. Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended schedules and specific time constraints required. Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with sales forecasting and promotional planning systems and IRI experience preferred. Moderate travel required, approximately 20-30%%. This position works predominantly from a home office, therefore candidate must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle. Kellogg experience preferred.

License Requirements Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
