Description Position Description The Client Services and Support (CSS), Client Trade Support (CTS) Trading Services and Support division exists to provide clients with a knowledgeable and professional team of associates who are staffing an 800# from 8am to 6pm EST. These associates are prepared to specifically support the suite of trading products that are offered by National Financial/Fidelity. This product offering includes but is not limited to broker and correspondent order entry, trade processing and trade management applications for an array of products. Also assistance with clearance and trade settlement issues for both equities and fixed income products. Client Trade Support Trading Services and Support associates assist clients in managing their day to day trading requests and needs by providing point of call service and support on a wide variety of trade processing, order entry, order status issues and inquiries. Primary Responsibilities * As a Trading Services and Support Associate you will interact with correspondents to address all order and trade inquiries relating to our Equity, Option and Fixed Income offerings. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality customer service experience during each interaction. * You will act as a liaison between correspondents and National Financial operational departments. You will work directly with correspondents and our internal operational departments as needed to address and resolve complex and straight-forward trading/clearance issues. * You will be required to have excellent problem solving skills and will be expected to apply overall knowledge of our applications, operational processes and industry rules and regulations to each problem in orders to perform a thorough review of every aspect of an issue to assure that the correct solution is identified.

Qualifications

Education and Experience . College Education Preferred . 3 - 5 years Brokerage/Financial services experience Skills and Knowledge . Prior Customer Service Skills . Highly Self Motivated . Knowledge of the Trading Markets, Market Makers and Fixed Income processing . P & S knowledge preferred . Excellent Communication Skills .
