This team is responsible for various Citrix Metaframe and Presentation Level farms within the company.%%0A %%0A %%0A This position can be based in out offices in either: Hoboken, NJ; Franklin, MA; Louisville, KY; or Westlake, TX %%0A%%0A %%0A Specific responsibilities will include:%%0A%%0A * Supervising of a team of technical support analysts and systems administrators responsible for providing top-level (tier three) support for Citirx and Microsoft operating system issues and server hardware problems.%%0A * Providing leadership in Citrix-related projects.%%0A * Problem determination and resolution of clustered server environment issues involving Citrix farms across the country.%%0A * Enforcement of corporate standards regarding builds and support processes.%%0A * Troubleshooting in an enterprise-level multiple-DMZ, multi-domain environment.%%0A * Providing operational support and implementation of Citrix farms and applications.%%0A * Managing, installing, and supporting Windows 2000/2003 and Citrix MetaFrame/Presentation application servers.%%0A * Maintaining operating system level security as well as intrusion detection and virus scanning.%%0A * Maintenance of customers relations with both developers and end-users, including mid-level management and project teams.%%0A * Adherence to corporate change management policies, documentation standards.%%0A%%0A * %%0A BA/BS degree in Technology, Information Systems or related field, with a minimum 7-10+ years experience in Server/LAN environments.%%0A%%0A * %%0A MSCE (Microsoft) certification strongly preferred.%%0A%%0A * %%0A Advanced Citrix certification required.%%0A%%0A * %%0A Experience in any of the following is preferred: support experience in a global 24x7 data center environment, enterprise-wide Citrix administration, and/or a background in enterprise-level desktop support.%%0A%%0A * %%0A Prior team leadership experience desired.%%0A%%0A
