Responsibilities The Account Manager will work under the guidance of the Bermuda Industry Practice Lead to support efforts regarding RMS' software technology, its utilization to meet client business objectives and the coordination of activities associated with Change Management between version changes and other internal initiatives. They will lead the coordination of the installation, training and troubleshooting and provide ongoing support to new and existing clients using proprietary RMS software and technology to assess financial loss due to natural disasters. This includes support of RMS software under various operating configurations, assisting clients in the effective use of RMS technology. The position may also include production of analysis for as-hoc, time sensitive client requests and participation in product marketing efforts. The position may require assisting the Sales and Services team with meeting targeted sales goals and consulting with prospective clients regarding the use of RMS products and services

Qualifications Position requires a BA/BS (Insurance/Actuarial, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Business) or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience; computer skills including PC Windows, spreadsheets, data management and word-processing applications. Re/Insurance and catastrophic risk management experience strongly preferred. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation, independence, creativity, team-orientation and an interest in working with computerized data.
