We are looking for an Account Executive for the Americas Insurance Industry Practice Group that has primary responsibilities of Sales, Client Services, Product Development and Marketing. The Americas Insurance Industry Practice Group encompasses North, South and Central America including the Caribbean Islands.

Responsibilities Sales You will have primary responsibility for the generation of new revenue from your clients. Typically the majority of revenue comes from four areas: • Initiating new licensing relationships • The expansion of existing licensing relationships following the end of existing multi-year licenses • Negotiating expanded licenses to include new products • One off consulting or development partner relationships The majority of our larger licensing relationships are with insurance companies that are multi-year licenses. The smaller relationships are generally annual license agreements. In this role you will be given support by the Accounts team. The Account Executive will be the main point of contact for co-ordinating negotiation of contracts with your current or existing clients and have lead responsibility in this area. The Directors, Industry Practice Leads and senior RMS management team will be available to you to support negotiations as you see fit. Ultimately the responsibility and control of your clients will be within the control of the Account Executive. We have experienced growth in excess of 30%% annually over the last four year and we anticipate continued growth from the Americas Insurance industry Practice Group in 2008 and 2009 through new relationships, renegotiation of the larger relationships and new initiatives associated with licensing of new models or projects. In addition to your Industry Practice specific responsibilities, there will be opportunities (and recognition for) supporting sales and client development amongst other RMS clients where you have exising relationships (eg Zurich, Generali and the Lloyd's market). Client Services In this capacity, you and your team will have overall responsibility for the well being of your clients with particular emphasis on: • Co-ordination of installation of software and software upgrades to ensure timely delivery upon release of new software, or software patches • Timely response to client queries, and logging of client calls in the Customer Response System (CRS) • Liaison with RMS technical staff to address technical queries • Provision and co-ordination of training to clients • Provision and support following a major catastrophic event. • Protection of existing revenue from clients • Balancing the support to the RMS clients to ensure an equitable and reasonable level of support consistent with the scale of individual license agreements Product Development You will be one of the main point of contact for the RMS Product Marketing and Management teams when they are eliciting information on the needs of the Americas Insurance Industry Practice Group. In this capacity you will be responsible for: • Ensuring your clients comments and requests are relayed back to the appropriate people in RMS • Supporting and championing the needs of your clients • Providing ideas and input for new product development and enhancements to support your existing clients • Co-ordinating interviews and research between your clients and the product marketing teams. • Co-ordinating technical discussions and presentations by the RMS teams Marketing You will be responsible for supporting the marketing activities of RMS including: participation in RMS, and other, seminars and conferences.

Qualifications Position requires a BA/BS (Insurance/Actuarial, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business) or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience. Require computer skills including PC Windows, spreadsheets, data management, and word-processing applications. Insurance, catastrophe risk management and modeling experience strongly preferred. Position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation, independence, creativity, team orientation, and an interest in working with computerized data.
