Description: Patient Access Representative Department: Patient Access Services Schedule: Full-time Shift: day Hours: 7am-3pm Job Details: - High School Graduate or Equivalent - 1 - 2 Years Under general supervision, and according to well defined policies and procedures, interviews patients and/or patients? representatives to obtain necessary personal, demographic and financial information and identification.
