Description: Breast Center Supervisor Department: Breast Care Center Schedule: Full-time Shift: day Hours: 8-4 Job Details: - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Mammo Cert/Lisc/Reg - 4 - 6 Years Organizes and supervises the Breast Center Staff to effectively produce and complete the procedures in the most efficient manner possible. Demonstrates by example and nurtures in staff the Standards for Service Excellence so that these standards represent minimum accepted behavior. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. Must be a graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology. Supervisory experience preferred. 2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Mammography Technologist. 3. Must be ARRT certified and hold current NJ State License and Mammography Certification. 4. Must possess communication and leadership skills including organization and planning skills. 5. Demonstrates minimum behaviors, which exemplify standards for Service Excellence. This position is for mammography tech with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
