Langan has an opening for a Civil Engineer with land development focus in our Elmwood Park, NJ office. As the successful candidate, you will be working on small and large-scale projects including warehouse distribution centers and industrial parks. Requirements:

? B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; ? Minimum 4 - 6 years of related land development experience; ? FE/EIT certification or New Jersey Professional Engineer licensure; ? Proven AutoCAD skills with the ability to design site layouts including grading and drainage designs from concept through completion; ? Ability to design stormwater detention systems and thorough knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology; ? Proven knowledge of Pond Pak or similar design software is required; ? HEC-RAS or similar design software is desired; ? Basic Knowledge of municipal land use law; ? Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities; ? Strong communication and report writing skills; ? Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; and, ? Availability to work overtime.
