Description: Position Overview: %%0A %%0ACoordinate activities related to daily terminal operation. Assure facility and all personnel operate facility to standards in the areas of safety, environment, customer service and operational excellence. Supervise production staff, temporary labor, longshoreman, maintenance and contractors. Supervise incoming and outgoing trucks. Coordinate site EHS program, following Cargill standards. Provide leadership, maximizing all resources to meet the sales plan, controlling cost and achieving the defined efficiencies as prescribed by the business plan and management. Reports to Terminal Manager: Ed Dittman. %%0A %%0APrincipal Accountabilities: %%0A %%0A 30%% Manage the plant EHS Program. %%0A 25%% Supervise loading of trucks and unloading of product and ingredients. %%0A 20%% Schedule plant production schedule, coordinating with Customer Service,%%0A Quality, management and select customers. %%0A 10%% Supervise maintenance activities, calibration logs, and contractor management. %%0A 5%% Monitor Plant Control System to maximize production. %%0A 5%% Verify all documentation for receipts and shipments. %%0A 5%% Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as assigned.
