Support existing global manufacturing operations. Examples include management of non-conforming product and root-cause elimination, project reviews, plant trials and approval of new raw materials.



-Facilitate the global sharing of best practices.


-Identify and facilitate opportunities for product and process improvement and cost reduction.


-Interface with the internal R&D teams, manufacturing plants, 3rd party suppliers, and toll processors on product and process improvement opportunities.


-Implement new product and process technology


-Work closely with R&D and the plants to commercialize new products.
