Responsibilities: Supervisor: PT Supervisor: -Assists the Store Manager with ensuring all customers receive exemplary service including the following key responsibilities: .Must be knowledgeable about daily sales goals and drives business to achieve them .Effectively coach Sales Associate to maximize their sales potential through suggestive and team selling, and identifies opportunities to maximize the stores selling potential .Fosters a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere. .Ensures Visual Standards are maintained throughout the day .Driving Sales Goals .Customer Service .Merchandising .Floor Supervision PT Sales Associate: The Sales Associate should be knowledgeable about daily sales goals and drives business to achieve them. Fosters a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere. Ensures Visual Standards are maintained throughout the day. Utilizes Client Books and follow-up through thank you card distribution.
