Description The Stadiums and Arenas division is a $1Billion business within ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment serves more than 148 premier sports stadiums, arenas and concert venues, including the home venues of 13 Major League Baseball teams and 10 National Football League teams. ARAMARK offers stadium and arena owners a single source provider for concessions, event planning, premium dining needs and catering, on-site restaurants, retail merchandise sales and facilities management. ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment has hosted some of the biggest events in sports including the World Series, the Super Bowl, the NBA Finals, the NCAA Final Four, the NBA All-Star Game and the Stanley Cup Finals, focusing on creating the ultimate fan experience. We are currently looking for a Premium Director for the ARAMARK operation at the Izod Center. The premium business of this venue is high profile including service to the Team, Owners and Press and catering. As a Premium Director you will plan, direct and control premium services within a sports & entertainment facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs. Premium services include the Arena Winners Club, Suites and VIP events. You will also be responsible for developing a management team to oversee these operations.

Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of hospitality management experience in an upscale environment. The ability to manage in a fast-paced, diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience, desirable. Hours of operation are event driven including some nights, weekends and holidays.
