Area Overview DESCRIPTION o Operates, maintains and repairs the Banks heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Operates centrifugal chillers to produce and distribute chilled water for comfort cooling and data center applications.

Job Responsibilities o Trouble shoots HVAC equipment to locate problems and make necessary repairs; o Maintains and repairs refrigeration equipment, steam lines and traps for food areas; o Maintains and repairs hot and cold water supplied and drinking coolers; o Fabricates sheet metal duct components, retrofits piping and rebuilds pumps for installation on HVAC systems when needed; and, o Responds to emergency alarms in the systems as instructed by management.

Job Requirements o Trade school certification or equivalent work experience with five years minimum work experience and universal EPA Clean Air certification; o In depth knowledge of HVAC systems; pneumatic and electrical control circuits; o Ability to work from diagrams and use tools of the trade proficiently; o Good technical and PC skills; o Familiarity with BMS and Fire Safety Systems, o Candidate should have a NJ Low Pressure Black Seal License; and, o Candidate should have or be able to obtain a NJ Blue Seal Refrigeration License within 12 mos. of transfer. HOURS: 11:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m. (Overtime as required. Ability to work all three shifts.)
