Description: My client an excellent marketing agency specializing in patient education is actively seeking an Interactive Creative Director. Individual will develop patient education materials across multiple channels of media (Branded Web sites Unbranded Web sites, Webcasts/podcasts, E-mail marketing, Flash animations, 3-D animations, Audio/video, SEO, Kiosks, Online media planning, Tracking and analysis, Usability Testing)

Pharmaceutical /Healthcare/Medical Education experience is desired. Individuals must have demonstrated conceptual development and strategic thinking abilities. The Interactive Creative Director will be responsible for the development of strategically-driven interactive patient programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop breakthrough creative for online communications and emerging technologies; websites, micro-sites, email campaigns, online advertising campaigns, flash demos, mobile, etc.
· Provide thought leadership to advance the interactive channel.
· Deliver exceptional designs and drive creative thinking “outside the box”.
· Collaborate with the existing creative team on integrated campaigns.
· Present creative work to internal and client groups.
· Actively participate in new business presentations.
· Educate other team members on creative development for the interactive channel.
· Must be able to function in a fast-paced collaborative agency environment and be able to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Passion for delivering breakthrough creative and engaging patient user experiences
· Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web standards, design and technologies.
· Minimum of 6 years design experience with at least 3 years at an interactive/digital agency.
· Portfolio which showcases stellar interactive design, both aesthetically and in terms of user experience.
· Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash; and possess strong skills in XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Should also have familiarity with scripting languages (ASP, PHP, etc.).
· Undergraduate degree in a related field, with preference given to major in Graphic Arts.
· Great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills a must.
