Funding/Post-Closing Assistant

Primary Responsibilities Include: . Obtaining and reviewing the estimated HUD-1 . Acquiring select, signed closing- invtext-indent: -0.1in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .1in" STYLE="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px". Obtaining underwriter sign-off prior to funding . Following-up on the return of signed closing- invtext-indent: -0.1in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .1in" STYLE="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px". Ordering and following-up on pay-offs and subordinations . Obtaining hazard-insurance certificates from agents . Requesting wires . Conducting audits of complete, signed closing-packages upon return from closing agents . Initiating Phase-Code 4 funding at the direction of the Loan Specialist . Packaging and shiping collateral packages and loan files . Assisting in resolving post-closing deficiencies

A Successful Candidate Will Have: . High school diploma . 1+ year(s) of experience assisting with processing and closing activities . Excellent communicational, customer-service and organizational skills . Good PC and database skills . Ability to use loan-closing and -funding software

The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess: . College degree or completion of college coursework (towards a degree) . Multi-state experience
