Our Contracts team is looking for a results oriented individual with effective communication skills to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of ITAR compliance programs and for ensuring the Value Center effectively complies with ITT ITAR compliance programs and policies and applicable regulations. This position works closely with Program Management, Business Development, Engineering and Procurement to anticipate the need for export and import licenses so that they are obtained in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be a flexible, team oriented individual with the ability to focus on completing tasks in a timely manner. Must be detail oriented with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and have a demonstrated ability to analyze work processes and make efficiency improvements. Experience Requirements: Bachelors Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Contract Management or Business Law. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience directly related to export compliance. Strong working knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations, familiarity with US Customs and OFAC & other government regulations. Licensing of defense articles, technical data and services. Submission and approval of Technical Assistance Agreements & Manufacturing License Agreements. Participates in export license compliance audits. Assists in training ITT personnel. Must be familiar with freight forwarders operations. Must have strong writing and interpersonal communication skills. Requires proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to obtain a secret level security clearance. Candidates must be US Persons as defined in the ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15(US Citizenship or Resident Alien Status).
