Our Program Administration team is looking for a results oriented individual with effective communication skills to be responsible for the ES/IEWS implementation of various required Defense Opportunity & Financial Tools. The person in this position will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) of the Defense Opportunity Management System (DOMS). As the SME, you will create, develop, and manage in-depth training plans, as well as transitioning to and managing a formal external or internal training group. As a Team Leader you will create roadmaps, implementation plans, manage and deploy Best Practices consisting of customer satisfaction, business area review templates, goal deployment, program plans, resource management, operations review, etc. You will also actively participate in all VBSS continuous process improvement initiatives/LEAN to ensure accomplishment of both Center of Excellence and Value Center objectives. Support the preparation and submission of the ES and Defense Strategic Plan and Operating Plans. Responsible for departmental overhead budgets, creation of monthly analysis, and reporting. Support the Business Operations Manager and serve as delegate, as required. Represent the Programs COE for all ISO/AS9100 initiatives/requirements. Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration with Finance concentration. Ten or more years of relevant experience Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting. Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (i.e. forecasting, trend analysis, metrics). Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in Excel, Project, and Access. Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously, under frequently changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
