Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or technical discipline. Minimum 5 years related OE experience Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacuring site within a business or support function. Experience in designing and implementing stategic change management initiatives Experience in culture change, & organization re-design. Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams. Expert knowledge in one area of the business with general knowledge in multiple areas Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization to achieve business results.
