Our Test Engineering team is looking for a results oriented individual with effective communication skills to direct and provide leadership to the Test Operations function. As the Manager, Test Operations, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide analytical, design, specifications, procedures, software, or other technical support to the development of test technology and products throughout the product cycle. Lead the development and maintenance of engineering technologies, processes, and equipment required for test development. Ensure that testability guidelines are incorporated into product design. This position performs all of the usual and customary duties related to managing subordinate(s); as such, this requires you to be detail oriented with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to analyze work processes and make efficiency improvements. Experience Requirements: Requires B.S. in an engineering or scientific discipline. Advanced degree preferable. Twelve or more years of engineering product development experience and project or functional leadership experience. Minimum five years in managerial role, with substantial responsibility for capital and operating expenditures. Specialized knowledge in areas applicable to Test Engineering and the value centers product lines. A working knowledge of multilayer circuit card assembly, microelectronics fabrication and assembly and electronic test operations. Ability to lead a diverse workforce and provide an effective and efficient work environment. Ability to direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously, under frequently changing priorities.
