Our Business Development Team is looking for a highly motivated results oriented individual with effective communication skills to support all ITT Electronic Warfare Systems marketing activities within the assigned region, including routine liaison with key Air Force organizations located at WP AFB as well support to specific ongoing ITT pursuits. In addition to managing a local P&L center, this position will work with all Business Area Team (BAT) Leaders to develop strategies and capture plans, acquire new business, and support the various BAT Order Input and Sales goals. Experience Requirements: BS Degree (Engineering preferred) 10+ years experience in Defense related programs (Air Force experience preferred). Several years experience managing and developing subordinates required. Working knowledge of DOD budget/POM, requirements and acquisition possesses, as well as Air Force major command organizational structures. Established customer contact base and specific experience related to Air Force Electronic Warfare, Radar, or Weapons systems desired.
