Basic qualifications: . Five years experience in a manufacturing facility. . Good math and communications skills. Preferred qualifications: . Must demonstrate commitment to safety; ability to work in a team based environmnt. . Ability to read basic electrical schematics and pneumatic schematics; preventative maintenance; and flexibility to work 12-hour days (including weekends), rotating shifts and overtime as needed. Details: . Experience working in GMP/FDA regulated environment. . Instrument calibration skills desired. . As a member of the Engineering team, you will maintain and repair electrical systems/equipment and provide maintenance support to the site through: - Basic knowledge of electricity principles; - Fundamentals of PLC basics (input/output systems troubleshooting); - Troubleshooting of production systems/machines using basic relay logic or PLC logic; - Understanding of sensors (position, flow and pressure); - Understanding of Electropneumatic systems; - Wiring of electric panels for PLc systems; - Instrument calibration; - Preventative maintenance; - Assist with all tasks required to maintain facility as needed; - Perform other related duties as assigned.
