More information about this job: Overview: Responsible for the field start-up and troubleshooting of direct fired heaters for refining and petrochemical applications.

Responsibilities: Evaluate client specifications and requirements. Utilize Lummus' proprietary programs to design fired heaters. De fine requirements and prepare requisitions for auxiliary equipment, such as burners, fans, air preheaters, etc. Evaluate quotations for auxiliary equipment. Participate in inspection and testing of auxiliary equipment. Prepare provisional operating instructions. Prepare heater and/or equipment data sheets

Qualifications: 5-10 years of professional experience and B.S. degree in mechanical or chemical engineering. Must possess a high degree of self-motivation and energy, excellent communications skills and PC skills.
