More information about this job: Overview: Coordinate and lead laboratory safety & environmental (HSE) program to assure a safe, healthful workplace in full compliance with regulatory agencies requirements. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with technical staff on the safe design and construction of pilot plants and laboratory experimental equipment, coordination and documentation of formal safety reviews and incident investigations, supervision of shop and pilot plant personnel, and collaboration with site manager on R&D facility issues.

Qualifications: Qualifications include a B.S. degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in HSE in an R&D laboratory environment.
