Opera, Wii and Window Media Player

... web site ( such as TV station's online broadcast ), Opera fail to support some of the straming format. It seems to me that I have to install "Window Media Player" into Opera as an ADD-ON. But how ? Or is there any update, upgrade, or patch to get around this problem? Thanks Larry
