Microsoft Updateを実行すると、電源オプションの電源設定が自動で変更されて、「常にオン」になるのですが、私が使っているノートPCはデフォルトが「自宅または会社のデスク」で、これを「常にオン」にすると、Internet Explorerが異常終了するようになります。PCの説明書にも全社の設定で使うよう指示してあります。この変更を止める方法はあるのでしょうか？　また、同じくMicrosoft Updateを実行すると、既定の電子メールがOutlook ExpressからMicrosoft Outlookに変えられてしまいます。私は前者の方が気に入っているので、後者を使う気はないのに、なぜ勝手に変更されるのでしょうか？変更しないようにする方法はあるのでしょうか？教えてください。なお、OSはWindows XP SP2、PCはSHARP　PC-AE50Jです。
