Apparently so, in Nebraska and the Bush Administration.
He raped the mother of one Omaha fire fighter who was the wife of another at
the time.
He raped the mother of one Omaha police officer.
He raped the wife of a loyal Democrat US Army veteran.
He raped at least three happily married Omaha Catholic mothers in their own
homes in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1972 after he left the US Army at the rank of
Captain.
He also poisoned their children with heroin.
Nebraskans are damn proud of him.
