The Zen of talk behind someone's back........Jealosy

********SPV......You know they would give either Ray K. or myself the
Kook of the Year award. But then I noticed by checking my own name at
google what they were doing was a simple slander. They, and I mean
about three or four really jealous and frustrated people were just
voting over and over again putting no less than 600 or more responses
to my name. In other words if you did a search to see what SPV was
about you would get 600 phony votes for Stephen Paul Vanier as Kook of
the Year. Plenty sneaky. Plenty childish. Plenty Ugly.

Now I win the World Championship of Zen each year because I am the
only real Zen Master alive today. This is why I started the
Championship in the year 2000 and have won it each and every year
because to compete you have to face yourself and that means facing
your ego which you are afraid and absolutely scared to do.

The Buddha is also dead. Now if you excuse me, I must go meditate with
my fellow corpses.

******SPV......So I find myself spending all my money because the real
fun is just living off the land and going out each day not knowing
what you will even find to eat. Buddha said, "Never beg from the same
person twice and never sleep under the same tree twice." That is why
I do these "stay awake" period where if you can remain awake for a few
days you break down all your programming and all your ruts which make
you have to eat breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening and
you find yourself just eating when you are hungry what you crave for
which is the body taking control and getting you the "stuff" you
really need rather than just stuffing food in your face 3 times a day
whether you are hungry or not.

I am at a loss today as nothing is that important to my growth and
Enlightenment at the moment. It seems like instead of directly asking
me question you all just are happy being asleep with your love...

  CrisisTalk

Author: Eric T

Hi folk,

In these sensitive and troubled times, I thought I might start up a yahoo
group "CrisisTalk" for those willing. If you're not interested, please
accept my apologies and ignore. If you are interested, please pass the word
around. Many thanks.

CrisisTalk is an informal group dedicated to providing information, sharing,
advice and help to educate and promote conscious evolution, well-being,
adaptability and sustainability, prevent crisis and to mitigate adversity in
the event of crisis -- in a sensitive, caring, loving and compassionate
manner.

By crisis we mean natural or human-made disaster and crisis on a global,
national, regional, local, group or individual and personal level. As well
as this, we are faced by many complex, difficult, mishandled and unaddressed
issues in society -- indeed whole cultural phenomena may be based on faulty
assumptions, be subject to degeneration or be effective blindspots -- and we
might usefully examine these.

Can you elaborate a bit more?

What do you consider living zen?
Is there living zen in Europe?

Kind Regards,

Peter

  it's really simple...

.the first realization is that the voice in your "mind"
isn't "i"
.it's just your language machine (LM)
.you have been hijacked by your own LM
.you believe everything you hear your language machine say
.you think "you" said it

.it only takes a moment to wake up

.once identification with the LM has been broken, you can
proceed with its re-programming

?what provokes the original insight that breaks the
identification
?how can that insight be facilitated
